I purchased a Lux-pro 1040 some time ago. Recently, the light was acting erratically -- not coming on consistently, blinking, flashing, dimming, brightening (I'm sure it is possessed!) I contacted LUXPRO, spoke with the "Customer Service Manager, " Shayla (Shay) and she immediately exercised the "Lifetime Warranty" process to send me a free replacement! All I had to do was send a picture of the flashlight to verify ownership. Next thing I knew, the replacement was on the way, arrived and works great!
These are folks who truly go all out to make sure you are a happy customer!
