I appreciate your standing behind. Your product is very good.
I purchased a LuxPro flashlight at Costco several years ago which suddenly quit working. I called LuxPro to see if I could get it repaired and with no questions asked told me the flashlight was guaranteed for life and sent me a new one. That is what I call outstanding service and I greatly appreciated it. Thanks again LuxPro, you're the best!
better than the lights i sent back that kept shutting off. these are made to drop down to a lower intensity on low battery instead of off. much better. too much electronics is too many chances for problems.
My LP600V2 (I actually had two of them) stopped working something in the head of it. The process to initiate the repair/replacement was simple. I received the LP600V3 as a replacement, for the cost of shipping. Everything is similar to the V2, but brighter. From the time I initiated the warranty claim until the new flashlight was here was no more than 7 business days.
