At Simple Products Corporation (“LUXPRO”), we want you to be confident that your LUXPRO product is made with quality and durability built-in.
All LUXPRO products bearing “lifetime warranty” and purchased from LUXPRO or through an authorized LUXPRO dealer or distributor are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser.
All LUXPRO products bearing a warranty period such as "1-year warranty" and purchased from LUXPRO or through an authorized LUXPRO dealer or distributor are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified, as measured from the date of purchase.
Because LUXPRO cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from LUXPRO or a LUXPRO authorized dealer or distributor in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. LUXPRO reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. LUXPRO reserves the right to require a copy of the original receipt for warranty repair or replacement.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to LUXPRO products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall LUXPRO be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
This warranty does not cover batteries or any damage caused by batteries, battery leakage, battery corrosion, LED burnout, normal wear and tear, alteration of any kind, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
Please contact LUXPRO by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief description of your warranty claim. Attaching a photo of your item and a copy of the original receipt to your email can help speed up the warranty claim.
All returns must have a return authorization code provided by a LUXPRO warranty claims specialist or they cannot be accepted. Defective flashlight products will be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion. Product must be returned, postage paid, to the LUXPRO Warranty Return address below.
REPAIR: If a product is repaired under the LUXPRO warranty claim service, LUXPRO will pay shipping costs to return the repaired product within the continental United States.
REPLACEMENT OR PARTS: If the defective product is not returned and LUXPRO determines that a replacement, an upgrade, or parts are necessary to resolve the defect, the customer will be required to pay a nominal shipping and handling fee on the replacement, upgrade, or parts sent under the warranty claim.
If LUXPRO is not able to repair the defective product and the same item or a similar replacement item is not available, an upgrade will be offered. If none of these remedies resolve the warranty claim at LUXPRO’s discretion, a final solution of a credit towards the purchase of any LUXPRO product will be provided.
