We want you to be confident that your LUXPRO product is made with quality and durability built-in. All products bearing “lifetime warranty” and purchased through an authorized LUXPRO dealer or distributor come with a Limited Lifetime Manufacture Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product to the original purchaser. Products bearing a warranty period such as "1-year warranty" and purchased through an authorized LUXPRO dealer or distributor come with the same warranty coverage but for the period specified. A copy of the original receipt may be required for warranty repair or replacement. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for our products and is in lieu of any and all other warranties expressed or implied.
LUXPRO is the ONLY authorized seller on any online marketplace such as amazon.com, ebay.com, facebook.com, alibaba.com, jet.com or similar and does not authorize any person or company to sell any LUXPRO products directly, or as a 3rd party seller, to any online marketplace or auction site. Product purchased directly from an Authorized Dealer or Distributor’s own website is permitted. Any warranty claim for product purchased online from a marketplace will require proof of purchase showing “LUXPRO Flashlights”, “LUX - PRO”, or “LUXPRO” as the seller or shipper.
This warranty does not cover batteries or any damage caused by batteries, battery leakage, battery corrosion, LED burnout, alteration of any kind, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
If your LUXPRO product fails to perform properly due to a defect in manufacturing, please contact the warranty team at LUXPRO. All returns must have a return authorization code or they cannot be accepted. Defective flashlight products will be repaired or replaced at the company's discretion. Product must be returned, postage paid, to the LUXPRO Warranty Return address below. LUXPRO will pay the return shipping costs, within the continental United States.
REPAIR: If a product is repaired under the LUXPRO warranty claim service, LUXPRO will pay shipping costs to return the repaired product.
REPLACEMENT OR PARTS: If the defective product is not returned and LUXPRO determines that a replacement, an upgrade, or parts are necessary to resolve the defect, the customer will be required to pay a nominal shipping fee on the replacement, upgrade, or parts sent under the warranty claim.
If LUXPRO is not able to repair the defective product and the same item or a similar replacement item is not available, an upgrade will be offered. If none of these remedies resolve the warranty claim at LUXPRO’s discretion, a final solution of a credit towards the purchase of any LUXPRO product will be provided.

Please contact LUXPRO by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief description of the warranty claim. Attaching a photo of your item to your email can help speed up the warranty claim.
Warranty returns must have a return authorization number provided by a LUXPRO warranty claims specialist. Defective product must be sent postage paid and LUXPRO will pay the return postage. All warranty claims sent in must be postage paid or they will be refused. If LUXPRO is sending a complete replacement, an upgrade, or parts and you were not required to send in your product postage paid, a nominal shipping fee will be collected.
