MY LIGHT IS DIM AND TURNS OFF SHORTLY AFTER I TURN IT ON 

This most likely means your flashlight needs new batteries. It is best to use fresh batteries. When changing batteries do not mix fresh batteries with used batteries or mix different branded batteries or chemistry types. 


HOW DO I CHANGE THE BATTERIES?

To replace flashlight batteries unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by twisting counterclockwise. The batteries will either be in a battery case or inserted into built-in slots. Battery cases and batteries should slide out easily with a slight shake to free them from their slots. Once batteries are removed you can replace them.

Headlamp batteries are accessed by removing the back of the headlamp. Pivot the head forward and unclasp or unhook the casing.

Lantern batteries are accessed by removing the bottom of the lantern by twisting on the base counterclockwise.

CAN I USE LITHIUM BATTERIES INSTEAD OF ALKLALINE BATTERIES?

There are a lot of different voltage batteries; therefore, it is best to match the original voltage used in our lights. Using different voltage batteries could overheat the electronics in your flashlight or cause the flashlights capabilities to underperform. Rechargeable batteries with 1.2v can be used but there is a possibility of underperforming compared to the original 1.5v alkaline batteries.  Using high voltage lithium batteries could overheat the electronics or adversely affect the LED's lifespan.


MY LIGHT IS STUCK IN STROBE MODE

If your light seems to be stuck in strobe mode, it has the Hidden Strobe feature. You can access and/or exit Hidden Strobe by pressing the on/off button for approximately 5 seconds. 


CAN I REPLACE THE BULB?

LUXPRO lights utilize LEDs that typically do not burn out.


HOW DO I CHARGE MY RECHARGEABLE LIGHT?

The micro USB will plug into the light. The USB port can be plugged into a USB power source. We recommend the use of a 5v USB charging block (not included).


CAN I PURCHASE A USB CHARGING BLOCK?

Currently, LUXPRO does not sell USB wall chargers.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY LIGHT IS FULLY CHARGED?

Once plugged in, there will be an LED near the charging port that will shine red while the light is charging. When the light is fully charged, it will turn green (or blue on some lights).


CAN I LEAVE MY LIGHT ON THE CHARGER WHILE NOT IN USE?

For optimal performance and longevity, we do not recommend leaving your light on the charger while not in use.


CAN I REPLACE THE BATTERY IN MY RECHARGEABLE LIGHT?

Aside from the XP910 which has a removable 18650 battery, and the LP1044 which has a removable 10850 battery, all other rechargeable batteries are built-in, and they are not meant to be removed or replaced.

IPX4: Designed to resist water splashes from any direction

IPX5: Designed to resist a sustained, low-pressure water jet spray

IPX6: Designed to resist high-pressure, heavy sprays of water

IPX7: Designed to protect the product from immersion up to 3 feet depth for 30 minutes
