Went to charge my 18650 battery today. When I went to plug my cord in the inputfell off in charging box. I NEED A NEW CHARGER. Can you help me thanks my flashlight is the xp 910
I'm surprised on the customer service and the warranty. I bought a xp913 and had charging issues after a year of use. I called the warranty department took a picture of my old flashlight and paid 5 dollars for shipping on a brand new light. Finally a company that stands behind thier products. I'll only be buying luxpro from now on.

A Luxpro flashlight I had given my father last summer for Father's Day, stopped working if it wasn't plugged into power. I ordered two new Luspro lithium batteries to see if that was the issue. They would not work in the flashlight. I called the Luxpro customer support and told them what I had done and they shared that the lithium batteries in the flashlight I had, was not designed to have the lithium's replaced. She told me should would send me a new flashlight and a return label for he batteries so she could refund my money on them. I never even had to suggest a solution, she just immediately handled it. Within a week, I had the flashlight and returned the batteries. Best customer support I have ever had!
