It works perfectly and worth the money. I wish it lasted longer with a charge on high, but it does last a long time on just a charge on the lower brightness. Honestly the lower brightness provides plenty of light. With batteries the lantern on hight has a much longer life. It's durable and can handle being out in the rain. Worth every penny and the company has excellent customer service and 100% stands behind their products.
I hunt big elk in Colorado and have always used a gas lantern. I tried to a couple battery lanterns that were bright but just weren't the same as the gas lamp. My hunting partner actually brought one of these to camp a couple years ago and it was impressive how bright the lamp was. I have replaced all my gas lamps with these lanterns and haven't looked back.
Purchased a flash light from Luxpro and loved it and needed something I could set down to use both hands. Found the rechargeable lantern and it was a great choice. Super light weight, tons of bright light, does a great job
