Rechargeable batteries

I ordered this set of batteries (with built in charging port) for my LP847 flashlight and was disappointed when they didn’t fit. The batteries are approximately 1/8in to long, although the website says they are compatible with the LP847 that aren’t. Although it was a Friday 8/14/26 I wasn’t able to contact anyone in customer service although it was in their calling time.

Hi Allen, thanks for your feedback. You can return the 18650USBC batteries and switch to the regular 18650s, and we'll refund the difference. The LP847 flashlight has an external charging port, so you won't need a separate charging box. Feel free to contact us if you need further assistance!
