I had a Luxpro flashlight that unfortunately stopped working. It was in my everyday tool bag. I contacted Luxpro and they asked me to send a picture and a replacement was sent. The flashlight I had is no longer made so they sent a current model. The replacement arrived (with batteries) and it has a few new features. The new one works wonderfully and is in my bag.
